Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order, worldwide. KR-Markets covers the full cost of shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend.

We do our best to process your order within 24 hours. Our standard shipping times currently average 5–10 days, following a 2–3 day processing time. Some items list their own estimated delivery time in the product description. Please allow extra time during the holiday season. Sometimes products arrive in separate packages to speed up delivery. We ship worldwide, and all orders are trackable via your country's national postal service (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, New Zealand Post, etc.).

If you have not received your item after 6 weeks, we will happily reship it at no additional cost, as long as the correct information was entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details, because we are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or for packages stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the postal carrier.

International orders: We are not responsible for customs fees, tariffs, taxes, duties or other government charges, lost packages in your home country, natural weather events or public holidays. Please check your country's policies regarding taxes and duties.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed. If a significant delay is expected, we will contact you using the details you provide at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially with orders shipped from overseas.
